First Look at the New Eats Coming to Mickey’s Toontown at Disneyland Resort

Oh boy! Mickey’s Toontown at the Disneyland Resort is so close to being fully open again. On March 19, 2023, you’ll be able to step foot inside the reimagined world that’s home to Mickey Mouse and his best pals. And when it comes to Disney, you can’t spell re-imagined lands without new food offerings!

When Toontown reopens on March 19, there will be two new locations to pick up some yummy treats – Café Daisy and Good Boy! Grocers. Each of the new locations will feature some brand new goodies and novelties that will have you counting down the days until you can get their hands on them.

So let’s dive right in and take a look at some of the exciting details!

Toontown’s Newest Restaurant – Café Daisy

First up, we’ll take a look at Toontown’s new Quick Service Restaurant – Café Daisy. Daisy Duck show’s off her culinary expertise to give you a taste of Toontown’s finest.

For the pizza lover in all of us, Daisy has re-imagined the way we eat pizza! The Cheesy Pizza Flop-Over features mozzarella and provolone with tomato sauce in a folded over version of pizza we love. A pepperoni version is available too and if you have any allergy needs, allergy friendly offerings are available, just ask a cast member when you’re there!

Fun fact: Mickey Mouse’s very first words were “Hot Dogs!” No Toontown restaurant would be complete without some delicious hot dogs and Daisy has upped this classic dish in the best way possible! Daisy’s Dressed-Up Dog features an all-beef foot-long hot dog with chili-cheese sauce, mac & cheese, and parmesan potato crispies piled on top. And if you’re looking for something simpler, Daisy’s got you covered there too. The Daisy Dog is an all-beef foot-long hot dog, served with house-made chips with the option of adding on some chili-cheese sauce if you choose.

Daisy also has our plant-based cuties covered as well. She’s whipped up her Spring Garden Wrap which combines romaine and quinoa into a wrap with a creamy lemon dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds which you can enjoy with some house-made chips.

Check out these amazing add-ons! You can order some Toontown ‘Tater Chips with some chili-cheese sauce for dipping. And Daisy’s Goody-Goody Donuts covered with cinnamon sugar are a not-to-be-missed finish to your dining experience. But let’s not forget about drinks! The Picnic Time Watermelon Lemonade comes with watermelon gummies on top! Coffee connoisseurs will be especially pleased with the Specialty Cold Brrr-ew – Caramel Mudslide Cold Brew from Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. with sea salt and whipped topping. Yum!
